PA 415 begins at PA 29 in Noxen and runs south as a two-lane undivided road. This section is known as Noxen Road.

Noxen Road ends here at a stop sign at Lakeside Drive. Turn right to stay on PA 415.

PA 415 ends here at this traffic light at PA 309. Continue straight ahead on Memorial Highway to go south. Turn left onto Tunkhannock Highway to go north.
