Pelham Road is a north/south route in New Rochelle. Shore Road (CR 65A) becomes Pelham Road at the New Rochelle city line. It runs to the north through New Rochelle, near the water. It then curves and changes names to become Echo Avenue, which runs west to Main Street (US 1). CR 65 then runs north along Main Street, multiplexed with US 1, to the New Rochelle city line, where it ends.
