Pleasantville Road begins at Bedford Road (CR 27) and runs northwest through Pleasantville as a two-lane undivided road.

There is a traffic light at Manville Road (NY 117). Turn left to go south or right to go north.

Pleasantville Road continues to the northwest. At the village line, the road narrows, the sidewalk ends, and the designation changes from CR 106 to CR 40.
