Johnson Avenue is a short north/south route connecting Sunrise Highway (NY 27) to Long Island MacArthur Airport. It begins at Lakeland Avenue in Sayville to runs north as a local street to Bohemia, where it crosses Sunrise Highway (NY 27). There, it widens to become a four-lane undivided road and comes under county maintenance with the unsigned designation of CR 112. It runs north a little over a mile to end at Veterans Highway (NY 454) across from the entrance to the airport.
