Main Street ends here at the Croton Expressway (US 9). Turn right to go north on US 9 or continue straight ahead to go south. US 6/US 202 is multiplexed with US 9 north for a short distance beginning at this point. NY 35 ends here.

US 6/US 202 is multiplexed with US 9 for a short distance along the remainder of the Croton Expressway.
US 6/US 202 splits off from US 9. This section is known as Bear Mountain Bridge Road and serves as the approach to the Bear Mountain Bridge. It is informally known to locals as the "goat path" because it runs right along the edge of a cliff by the river. There is a sign goof where US 202 is erroneously marked as NY 202.
