Nesconset Highway continues to the southwest. Upon crossing the Smithtown-Brookhaven town line, it becomes Smithtown Bypass.

Veterans Highway (NY 454) merges in from the left and continues straight ahead. NY 347 is multiplexed with NY 454 from here to the eastern terminus of the Northern Parkway, where it ends.
