There is an interchange with US 9W. Turn left at the stop sign to go south. Continue straight ahead to go north and to stay on NY 218.

NY 218 is multiplexed with US 9W for one exit.
NY 218 splits off from US 9W. Bear left for NY 293, which runs southwest from here to the Long Mountain Parkway (US 6). Bear right to stay on NY 218.
