Grasslands Road continues as NY 100C as NY 100 turns off of it onto Bradhurst Avenue. Immediately, there is an interchange with the Sprain Parkway.

There is a grade-separated interchange with Saw Mill River Road (NY 9A). Turn right before the overpass to go north. On the other side of overpass, there is a roundabout at Old Saw Mill River Road (CR 303), which begins straight ahead. Continue around the roundabout to the left to stay on Grasslands Road toward Saw Mill River Road (NY 9A) south.
