The Sprain Parkway is a north/south route in Westchester. It begins at the Bronx Parkway in Bronxville, just north of the Cross County Parkway. It runs north to Hawthorne, where it merges into the Taconic Parkway. The entire length is a limited-access highway where all interchanges have grade separations. However, the exits are not numbered. Its full name is the Sprain Brook State Parkway, although it is usually called "the Sprain Brook" or just "the Sprain."
