Leber Road begins at Western Highway (CR 15) and runs east as a two-lane undivided road.

There is an end sign here for CR 36, but it is actually one block premature. Turn left to stay on Leber Road.

The last section of Leber Road is a one-way, one-lane bridge over a freight rail line.

On the other side of the bridge, Leber Road ends at a stop sign at NY 303. There is no route signage at this intersection.
