CR 15 is a north/south route extending from Tappan to West Nyack. Tappan Road (Bergen CR 39) becomes Rockland CR 15 upon entering the state from New Jersey. The first section is called Main Street and extends for a short distance to the point where CR 8 changes names from Old Tappan Road to Washington Street. CR 15 is multiplexed with CR 8 along Old Tappan Road for a short distance to the west and then splits off to the north as Western Highway. It runs north, parallel to NY 303, to West Nyack. There, it passed under NY 59 but has no interchange. Immediately thereafter, it ends at West Nyack Road.
