Ocean Parkway

The Ocean Parkway begins at Captree State Park. There is a grade-separated interchange with the Robert Moses Causeway.

The Ocean Parkway runs west as a four-lane divided highway. The exits along this stretch are few and far between. There are no overpasses. Instead, a series of turnarounds make it possible for vehicles travelling in one direction to access the exits on the other side of the parkway.

There is an exit on the right for the Oak Island parking lot. Immediately thereafter, there is another turnaround.
