The Harlem River Drive passes under the Alexander Hamilton Bridge, which carries the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95/US 1) over the Harlem River, and then under the Washington Heights Bridge.

The Harlem River Drive ends here at a traffic light. Continue straight ahead for 10 Avenue or turn left for Dyckman Street. Signage at this intersection is abysmal.
