Lido Boulevard begins at a dead end near the water in Point Lookout and runs east. At first, it is a two-lane undivided road.

The Loop Parkway begins on the right at a traffic light.

Two more lanes merge in from the parkway to form a six-lane undivided road. Nickerson Beach, which was formerly known as Nassau Beach, is on the left.

Getting closer to Long Beach, Lido Boulevard becomes a divided road with a brick median.

Welcome to the City of Long Beach! Lido Boulevard changes names to become East Park Avenue at the city line.

There is a traffic light at Long Beach Boulevard, which becomes Long Beach Road a short distance north of here at the Long Beach Bridge. CR 231 ends here. East Park Avenue continues straight ahead under the jurisdiction of the City of Long Beach.
