Uniondale Avenue is a short north/south route in Uniondale. It begins at Nassau Road (CR 7B) just north of its interchange with the Southern Parkway. It extends north for a couple of miles to end at Hempstead Turnpike (NY 24), where it becomes Earle Ovington Boulevard, an unnumbered county route. The entire length is a two-lane undivided road.
