Community Drive connects the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Northern Boulevard (NY 25A) in Manhasset. It also provides access to North Shore University Hospital. North of Northern Boulevard (NY 25A), Community Drive becomes East Shore Road, an unnumbered county road, which continues to the north along the east shore of the Great Neck peninsula.
