These pictures show the New England Thruway southbound at exit 21 as it appeared before the interchange was reconstructed to add a second lane for the exit.

These New York-style signs for exit 21 used to be found on the Connecticut side of the border. They have been replaced with Connecticut-style signs.

This New York-style sign was located on the bridge over the Byram River between Connecticut and New York. It was removed in 2009 after a Connecticut-style sign was installed further back.

This photograph shows the old signage for the split for the Throgs Neck Expressway (I-695) as it originally appeared. The arrows on the right-hand were modified to indicate that a third lane could be used to stay on I-95. This signage has since been replaced.
