There is a tollbooth for the New York Thruway (I-87) along the ramp for exit 7A. Motorists who do not have E-ZPass must take a ticket indicating where they got on the Thruway. After the toll, the ramp splits. Bear right to go north on the Thruway or left to go south.

The ramp for exit 68 splits. Bear left to go south on I-684 or right to go north. I-684 ends just north of here at NY 22, so the signs instruct motorists to go left for I-684 or right for NY 22.
