New Hamburg Road begins at Main Street in Wappingers Falls near the New Hamburg train station.

There is a small bridge over Wappinger Creek. Construction work is currently in progress, causing the bridge to be narrowed down to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic light. Creek Road (CR 91) begins on the left just after the bridge.
