Welcome to Columbia County! Jackson Corners Road begins at a three-way intersection with Mount Ross Road (Dutchess CR 50) and Columbia CR 7 along the Dutchess-Columbia county line and runs east as a two-lane undivided road.

West of the parkway, Jackson Corners Road dips back into Dutchess County, where it is designated Dutchess CR 50.
