Mill Street becomes Oquaga Lake Road upon crossing a bridge over Oquaga Creek from Delaware County into Broome County. It runs passes over the Quickway (NY 17/Future I-86), but there is no interchange.

River Road (CR 249) begins on the left. Continue straight ahead to stay on Oquaga Lake Road. This sign has one of the few CR 237 route shields.
