Roosevelt Boulevard (CR 623) begins on the left at a traffic light. The Beesleys Point Bridge up ahead is currently out of commission, so motorists wishing to reach the portion of US 9 north of the bridge must turn right here in order to use the Garden State Parkway (NJ 444) northbound for one exit.

The road ends at the Beesleys Point Bridge, which is currently out of commission. Motorists wishing to continue north must backtrack to Roosevelt Boulevard (CR 623) and take the parkway north for one exit.
