NJ 67 begins at US 9W in Fort Lee. The northern terminus is a grade-separated split. Here, NJ 67 is called Lemoine Avenue. It passes under a couple of ramps connecting the Palisades Parkway (NJ 445) to US 9W.

NJ 67 ends here at NJ 5. Turn right onto Central Boulevard to go west. Continue straight ahead on Palisade Avenue to go east.
