The Palisades Parkway is a north/south highway in the northern portion of New Jersey and Rockland County, New York. It begins at the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95/US 1/US 9) just west of the George Washington Bridge. It runs north along the Hudson River until the New York-New Jersey state line. It continues through Rockland County, New York, until Bear Mountain. In New Jersey, the Palisades Parkway runs parallel to US 9W, and three of the four exits in the state are for US 9W.
