The North-South Freeway changes designation from NJ 42 to I-76 upon crossing I-295. Exits 1C-D is for Crescent Boulevard (US 130).

The roadway splits here. Bear right for exit 2 to stay on the North-South Freeway, which is designated I-676 beyond this point and leads to the Ben Franklin Bridge. Bear left to follow I-76 across the Walt Whitman Bridge to Philadelphia.
