The Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway begins at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway (I-95). Exit 14 is for Moravia Street.

Approaching the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, there is flashing signage directing overheight trucks to exit before they have problems fitting into the tunnel.

Emerging from the tunnel, there is a toll plaza. There is cashless tolling here, but the tollbooths are still standing.

Exits 8B-A are for Frankfurst Avenue. Exit 8B also provides access to Hanover Street. Exit 8A also provides access to Shell Road.
