At the bottom of the hill, there is a one-lane tunnel under old railroad tracks that have been converted to a hiking trail. There is a stop sign before the tunnel to ensure that motorists wait for any vehicles passing through in the opposite direction to exit before entering. There is a parking lot for the hiking trail on the right before the tunnel.
