VA 123 is a semicircular route through the suburbs of Washington, DC, in Northern Virginia. It begins at Richmond Highway (US 1) in Woodbridge and runs northwest toward Fairfax. It has an interchange with I-66 and then curves to the northeast. After interchanges with the Capital Beltway (I-495) and the Dulles Toll Road (VA 267), it runs east to the Chain Bridge, which crosses the Potomac River to the District of Columbia. On the other side, the bridge leads to Canal Road NW and the Clara Barton Parkway.
