RI 3 is a major north/south route in the southern half of Rhode Island. It begins at Broad Street (US 1) in Westerly and runs north to exit 1 of I-95. From there, it runs next to I-95 for much of its length, eventually ending at Quaker Lane (RI 2) in West Warwick. For most of its length, it is known as Nooseneck Hill Road, although it takes on other names near its termini.
