Naamans Creek Road is a short east/west route running just north of the border with Delaware. It begins at Wilmington Pike (US 202) in Chadds Ford. After several miles, it curves toward the southeast. It crosses the Delaware Expressway (I-95). Then, it crosses the border into Delaware, turning into Hickman Road (DE 491), which ends after about a third of a mile at Naamans Road (DE 92).
