PA 447 is a north/south route in the Poconos. It begins at US 209 just north of where it splits off from I-80 at exit 309. The first section, Independence Road, extends for a little over a mile to the northwest to end at Business US 209. The two routes are multiplexed along North Courtland Street for a few blocks and then split. PA 447 follows Paradise Trail, which runs along Brodhead Creek and eventually changes names to become Creek Road and then Panther Road. It ends at Main Street (PA 191/PA 507) in Newfoundland.
