PA 390 is a north/south route in the Poconos. It begins at PA 940 in Mount Pocono and runs north for a short distance to PA 191. The two routes are multiplexed for a couple of miles, and then PA 390 splits off to the north toward Skytop. It passes through Promised Land State Park and then has an interchange with I-84. PA 390 ends at Lake Wallenpaupack Road (PA 507) near Lake Wallenpaupack.
