PA 434 is an extension of NY 55 south into Pennsylvania. It begins at PA 739 in Hawley, just north of I-84, and runs northeast to the Delaware River, where it crosses a bridge to New York and becomes NY 55. The southernmost portion of PA 434 is known as Well Road, although most of it has no name and is known solely by its number.
