I-380 is a short diagonal highway extending northwest from the vicinity of Mount Pocono to the vicinity of Scranton. It connects the Keystone Shortway (I-80) to I-81 and I-84, and it is multiplexed with the latter for its northernmost few miles. It serves as the most direct route between New York City and Scranton.
