Mill Road is a short east/west route in Eastchester and New Rochelle. It begins at White Plains Road (NY 22) as a two-lane undivided road and quickly widens to four lanes. After a short distance, there is a partial interchange with the Hutchinson Parkway. Then, Mill Road curves to the south and becomes North Avenue (CR 101).
