CR 15 is a north/south route extending from extending from Wallkill to Highland. It is composed of several sections separated by brief multiplexes with other state and county routes in the area. The first section begins at Plattekill Ardonia Road (CR 13) and follows Fosler Road and South Street to Milton Turnpike (CR 10). There is a one-block multiplex to the west, and then CR 15 splits off onto Tuckers Corners Road, which it follows north to US 44/NY 55. After a short multiplex, the third section of CR 15 is Pancake Hollow Road, which extends from US 44/NY 55 to New Paltz Road (CR 12). After another one-block multiplex to the west, CR 15 splits off onto Riverside Road, which runs northeast to NY 299. It is multiplexed with NY 299 across Black Creek and then splits off again, still known as Riverside Road, and continues northeast to US 9W, where it ends.
