Cooley Road is a north/south route extending from Parksville to Livingston Manor. It begins at Short Avenue (CR 85) and Parksville Road (CR 176) and runs northeast. At first, it is designated CR 85, but it changes designation to become CR 84 upon crossing Cooley Mountain Road and then subsequently changes names to become Parksville Road. It ends at Willowemoc Road. The entire length is a two-lane undivided road.
