Northville Turnpike is a north/south route extending from Riverhead to Northville. It begins at Roanoke Avenue (CR 73) a few blocks north of Main Street (NY 25). It runs east for a short distance and then curves to the northeast. It crosses Old Country Road (CR 58) and Cross River Drive (CR 105) before ending at a stop sign at Sound Avenue. The entire length is a two-lane undivided road.
