Old Willets Path is a north/south route extending from Hauppauge to Smithtown. For most of its length, it is an unnumbered town road. However, there is a short section between its southern terminus at the Motor Parkway (CR 67) and the western terminus of Rabro Drive (CR 6) that is county-maintained and carries the unsigned designation of CR 108.
