North Greenwich Road is a short north/south route in Armonk that extends from the Connecticut state line for less than a mile to Bedford Road (NY 22). It turns into Riversville Road, a local street, upon crossing into Greenwich, Connecticut. Given its short length and the fact that it does not remain a numbered route upon crossing into Connecticut, it seems like the sort of road that would be more appropriate for a reference route. Nonetheless, it is a signed state route, marked by very prominent overhead signs on the northbound side of NY 22.
