NY 213 is an east/west route in Ulster County. It begins at NY 28A just south of the Ashokan Reservoir and runs southeast to US 209 in Stone Ridge. It is multiplexed with US 209 for about half a mile to the southwest. Then, it splits off and runs east through High Falls to Rosendale, crossing Rondout Creek twice. It turns south onto NY 32. Then two routes are multiplexed across Rondout Creek, through Tillson, and across the Wallkill River. Just south of the river, NY 213 splits off. It crosses the New York Thruway (I-87), but there is no interchange. It curves to the north toward Kingston, eventually crossing Rondout Creek once again. It follows Abeel Street along the creek and then turns onto Wilbur Avenue. In Kingston, NY 213 turns east onto Greenkill Avenue for one block and then north onto Clinton Avenue, which is follows for two blocks to Henry Street (NY 32). It is multiplexed with NY 32 for a few blocks until Henry Street turns onto Broadway. There, NY 213 ends.
