NY 201 is a short north/south expressway across the Susquehanna River from Vestal to Johnson City. It begins at Vestal Parkway East (NY 434) in Vestal, crosses the river to Johnson City, has a couple of exits there, and then ends at an interchange with the Southern Tier Expressway (NY 17/Future I-86), where it becomes Reynolds Road.
