NY 18F is a spur off of NY 18 passing through Lewiston and Fort Niagara. It begins in Lewiston, where Ridge Road (NY 104) becomes Center Street as NY 104 turns south onto Lewiston Road at its interchange with the Niagara Scenic Parkway. NY 18F follows Center Street west into the downtown area of Lewiston, where it turns north onto North Fourth Street, west onto Oneida Street, and then north again onto North Second Street. Heading out of town, North Second Street becomes Lower River Road, which runs north near the Niagara River toward Youngstown. In Youngstown, it changes names again to become Main Street and then turns onto Jackson Street, which changes names to become Lake Street and then Lake Road. Heading out of town, it curves to the east. There is an interchange with the spur of the Niagara Scenic Parkway providing access to Fort Niagara State Park. NY 18F ends at NY 18 shortly thereafter.
