NY 155 is a major surface road passing through the suburbs of Albany and providing access to Albany International Airport. It is marked as an east/west route, although its western portion is predominantly north/south. It begins at Maple Road (NY 85A) in New Scotland and runs north. The first section is called State Farm Road. Upon crossing Western Avenue (US 20), it changes names to become New Karner Road. It crosses the New York Thruway (I-90), but there is no interchange. After a few miles, New Karner Road ends at Watervliet Shaker Road, and NY 155 turns east onto it. Watervliet Shaker Road runs east for a couple of miles to Albany International Airport, where it ends at Albany Shaker Road (CR 151). NY 155 is multiplexed with CR 151 along Albany Shaker Road through the area of the airport. Just before Albany Shaker Road (CR 151) crosses the Northway (I-87), NY 155 splits off to the north onto Wolf Road. It follows Wolf Road north for about a mile to Watervliet Shaker Road, which begins again on the other side of the airport. Watervliet Shaker Road continues east to Watervliet, where it changes names to become 10th Street. NY 155 follows 10th Street, 3rd Avenue, and 13th Street to end at NY 32.
