NY 137 is an extension of CT 137 north into New York. High Ridge Road changes designation from CT 137 to NY 137 at the state line. After about a mile, High Ridge Road ends at Westchester Avenue, the extension of CT 124 into New York, which is an unnumbered town road south of this point, although it was once a state route many years ago. NY 137 follows Westchester Avenue north to Pound Ridge, where it turns west onto Stone Hill Road. It runs west for a couple of miles to end at Old Post Road (NY 121) in Bedford.
