CR 91 is an east/west route extending from Rexford to Clifton Park. Riverview Road begins at the county line as CR 88 and changes designation to become CR 91 upon crossing Balltown Road (NY 146). It runs southeast along the Mohawk River. After about a mile, CR 91 turns east to become Grooms Road, while Riverview Road continues southeast along the river as a local street. Grooms Road runs east to Clifton Park, where it has an interchange with the Northway (I-87). After another mile and a half, it ends at Halfmoon Parkway (US 9) and becomes Guideboard Road (CR 94).
