Bradley Hill Road is an east/west route through Blauvelt State Park. It exists as a local street for a short distance in Blauvelt before taking on the CR 11 designation at Greenbush Road (CR 11). It makes its way up the mountain to the northern terminus of Tweed Boulevard (CR 5). It continues a short distance to end at South Highland Avenue by Nyack College. The entire length is a two-lane undivided road.
