At the eastern end of the western segment of Old Nyack Turnpike (CR 52), the road curves to the north to become South Central Avenue. It is county-maintained with an unsigned designation of CR 37 for its first few blocks until a traffic light at Pipetown Hill Road, where the center line ends. South Central Avenue continues north as a local street to end at NY 59.
