CR 35 is a north/south route extending from Pearl River. It begins at West Washington Avenue (CR 30) in Pearl River, just north of the New York-New Jersey state line. It runs north along Highland Avenue for a few blocks and then turns onto Pascack Road, which runs west for about half a mile and then turns to the north. As its name implies, Pascack Road follows Pascack Brook north to Spring Valley. There, it passes under the New York Thruway (I-87/I-287) and NY 59 but has no interchange with either. CR 35 ends a short distance to the north at Smith Road (CR 60) in Nanuet. Pascack Road continues north as a local street beyond the northern terminus of CR 35.
