Greenbush Road is a north/south route from Orangeburg to Nyack, running just east of NY 303. It begins at NY 303 in Orangeburg and runs north until one of the ramps between NY 303 and NY 59, where it ends. It is designated CR 11 in the Town of Orangeburg but loses the county route designation and becomes a local street in the Town of Clarkstown. There is section near Blauvelt State Park where is merges with NY 303 for one block and then splits off again. The entire length is a two-lane undivided road.
